Starter:

Grilled half lobster with herbs and cheese,

served with lemon dressed mixed leafs, pickled fennel crudité, and dill emulusion.

.Main Course:

Thyme roasted veal served with pommes anna

creamy foie gras sauce, pepper glazed chanterelles

on a bed of cauliflower puree.

Dessert:

Gâteau marcel with rhubarb compote,

served with champagne and lemon sorbet.
