The chefs work everyday of the season to master every aspect of the courses and specials. On a daily basis the entire team evaluates and gives feedback on the menu, before it is presented. By doing this, we can take care of your desire after a long and good day of skiing.

Even though we are in Val Thorens, we still seek to provide nordic culture and cuisine to our Brasserie! Thats why we bake our own bread fresh everyday, in the traditional and delicious Danish way.

If you haven't tried out 'rye bread' make sure you do so in your stay!
